As specialist whose first concern is for the health and well-being of all
types of pets, we do everything within our means to ensure the aquatic life we offer is of the highest quality and arrives
at your door in the absolute best condition possible.
We also back up our commitment to providing the healthiest specimens in the aquatic
life industry with the best guarantee available:
Our exclusive "Arrive Alive, Stay Alive"
guarantee means that your aquatic life is covered for a FULL 5-DAYS from the day of acclimation.
We can make this industry-leading guarantee because our Aquatic Specialist direct every
aspect of our comprehensive SigNature Shipping System, as well as establish strict health guidelines for each species before
we will allow it to be shipped.
We cannot stress enough the importance of following the step-by-step Acclimation Procedure
that you will receive with your order. In our experience, the majority of losses occur because of rushed or improper acclimation.
Following our Acclimation Procedure as well as our recommendations for quarantining
new arrivals in a separate tank for two weeks and using an Ultraviolet Sterilizer to limit the chance of infection will greatly
increase your new tankmate's chance at thriving in your aquarium environment. To help you prepare for your new arrival, we
suggest you refer to our instructions on how to set up a quarantine aquarium and our article, "Introducing New Fish to Your
Tank".

Exempt Species List (R)
We take great care in ensuring that all of our fish, invertebrates, and corals are
handled with the utmost care. Because of our commitment to the health of all aquatic life, we guarantee that ALL species we
offer will arrive alive and in good condition.
However, because water quality and careful acclimation is particularly critical in
ensuring the survival rate for the few specialized species listed below, we cannot guarantee these species after their arrival.
The need to follow careful acclimation procedures, the increased level of care required, and the specialized housing needs
of these species require us to list these species as "Expert Only," which means only the expert marine aquarist, zoo, or research
institution should purchase specimens from the list below.
Species listed indicate fish or invertebrates that secrete or release toxins that
may kill fish in the aquarium. Some of these species release toxic compounds when stressed, while others release toxic compounds
when they die. Noahsark1.com cannot assume responsibility for any loss that may occur should one of these animals poison the
aquarium.
