• Orders placed by 9:30am EST will be scheduled for shipment the same day. We do ask that you plan on a $59.99 minimum order.
  
  
• Orders received after 9:30 am EST Thursday, or Friday*, Saturday, & Sunday will be scheduled for shipment for the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (Thursday or Friday for Live Rock / Sand). See our Day-By-Day Delivery Chart below.
  
  
• All species on your order that are in stock will be shipped for next-day delivery (two-day for Live Rock/Sand). One time during the two week period after you place your order we will ship -- at no additional shipping charge to you -- any items we receive that were not available the day you placed your order.

  Items we were unable to ship during this two week period may be cancelled, and your order total will be adjusted accordingly. This would only happen if we are unable to obtain the desired species due to seasonality, weather, etc. We fill over 90% of the orders received.

  After 7:30 p.m. EST on the day we shipped your order we will send you an e-mail so that you can make arrangements to sign for your order when it is scheduled to arrive. This e-mail will contain your Federal Express tracking number.
  
  

• All orders will include a printed version of our detailed Acclimation Guide. Please follow the steps outlined in this guide carefully to ensure the good health of your new tankmate.
  
  
• A signature is required for all Fish, Coral, Invertebrate, Algaes and Live Rock / Sand orders.
  
  
• You must take receipt of your aquatic life on the first attempt at delivery to qualify for our 10-day guarantee.
  
  
• We cannot ship any aquarium life to Hawaii, APO addresses, Post Office Boxes, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or other countries.
  
  * If Saturday Federal Express delivery is available in your area, you may order fish, corals, invertebrates and algae on Friday before 9:30am EST, and Live Rock / Sand on Thursday before 9:30am EST for Saturday delivery, for an extra charge. See below for more information.

Live Freshwater and Pond Plants:

• Live freshwater/pond plants are shipped on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by two-day air service (or next-day if you choose). Orders received by Thursday 10 p.m. EST will be shipped on the following Tuesday, and orders received by Sunday 10:00 p.m. EST will be shipped on the following Wednesday. • There is no minimum order for freshwater or pond plants.
  
  
• On the day your order is scheduled for shipping you may call us at 770-548-8698 to obtain your Federal Express tracking number.
  
  
• A signature is not required for freshwater/pond plant orders.
  
  
• We cannot ship any live plants to Hawaii, APO addresses, Post Office Boxes, Puerto Rico, other U.S. Territories, or other countries. Also, some states do not allow certain plant species to be shipped into their states. Please refer to the "Product Notes" on each plant's product page for a listing of any restricted states.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Information

Unlike other aquatic life providers who try to "fool you" into thinking their shipping rates are less by showing you a lower base cost and then adding on hidden fees, we don't play games with our shipping costs.

The rates you see in the charts below are what you pay there are no extra "Packing Charges," "Box Charges," "Heat/Cool Pack Fees", "Preparation Fees," or whatever else they're calling their additional fees.

If you are comparing shipping fees between us and others, be sure to ask about their additional fees, and then add them up. You'll find we offer the lowest shipping rates in the industry.

To better serve our customers, we will now ship live rock & live sand orders on Tuesday and Wednesday for 2-Day Air shipments, and Tuesday-Thursday for Next Day Air shipments. We feel it is best to send our rock to our customers right after we receive it from overseas. This way, you are assured the freshest, best-looking rock in the industry.
